Wynn classic 2/28-3/21 - WSOP and Tournament Circut

Schedule looks ok with some guarantees. The structures there are much better since they hired lots of the staff from Venetian.

But, cmon guys another bellagio style all nolimit event? Add a plo an omaha 8 and horse. These have been popular at Venetian and can be afternoon two day events.

All no limit holdem tournaments should be banned. This schedule needs some diversity. Add some non no limit holdem tournaments and attract some other players.

if by everyone you mean nobody because you won't play the limit events at commerce and nobody else cares enough then ya, everyone

The Wynn Classic starts this Thursday, Feb. 28. The first event is $550 NLH with a $250,000 Guarantee. We would like to remind players we will be running Single Table Satellites for all the events. Those also start on Thursday. Every night at 8 pm we are holding a $200 ($180/20) NLH Tournament. Any questions about the Classic, feel free to ask on this thread. During the Classic the number of tournament tables we have will show on our app. We would also like to advise people to register early, as to avoid being an alternate.

Please bring back horse omaha 8 and other mixed games next series. Running an entire event of nl isnt a real tournament. Just follow Venetian lead. Theyve been very successful offering all the games.

220 or so runners for the first flight today. My table may have been the softest tournament table I've ever had.

We had a great turnout for the first event of The Wynn Classic, $550 NLH $250K Guarantee! There was a total of 793 entrants, bringing the prize pool to $384,605. We just ended registration for Flight 1 of the $440 NLH $100,000 Guarantee Tournament. We had 213 players today. Flight 2 begins tomorrow at noon. In Sunday's PLO tournament, there were 87 players. Monday's $300 NLH tournament had 200 players, Tuesday's $300 NLH tournament had 168 players. The list of all the winners is available at http://wynnpoker.com/wynn_classic_winners.cfm. Allen, I get you wanting to add these events to a series, but honestly, adding these do nothing for the host venue as typically you will have 40 or so people show up for them. Working out the logistics and resource allocation outweighs the ROI for the casino.
