rake+add on+additional prize pool diverted does seem a little odd.. am I understanding that right? So it's 500 + 55(rake) + 10(add on) and then .03*500*#players taken out of prize pool?

Can u only play day1b if u bust out of day1a or dont play it? What if im buying tickets for all three starting days online but play day1a and make day2 and dont use the other tickets, i obv get refunded right?

Yes you would get refunded for the other days if you get in after 1a., but why bother buying 1b and 1c in advance? You can buy 1a online and once you arrive buy 1b if you bust 1a. I can't imagine it's going to sell out in advance, with the exception of maybe 1a.

Does anyone know how often the 'Tri Rail' runs? From Ft Lauderdale to West Palm, or from West Palm to Pompano.

Does this mean that there is a rake on all the $50 rebuys! going directly to dealers and PC partners?

Players will start with $1,000 in chips.
 Players may receive an additional $1,000 in chips for a $5 Staff Appreciation.
 Players may make a $50 re-buy ($2,000 in Chips) any time they have $2,000 in chips or
less during the first 4 levels of play. At the end of level 4, a player may make a single or
double add-on. Add-ons cost $50 each and the player will receive $3,000 in Chips for
each add-on.
 The winners will receive a seat into the Championship Event and $50 Cash for every
$1,650 in the prize pool. Any remaining money will be distributed to the next place
finisher.
 3% of the prize pool will be withheld for dealers and staff.

Original entry is 48.50+26.50 the addons and rebuys are 48.50+1.50 which lessens the total juice a bit actually.

I can't read this thread any longer. It took me 11 pages to get the structure.

I am sure you both had a point at some point, but you both approached it so bashful and in a nagging mr. know-it-all manner that it just makes people sick.
You know it is too late to make any changes, everything has to be approved.
He is risking his job over this, he might not agree, but trust me if he misses the guarantee by a few 15-20 percent you get canned or put on the hot seat and get canned next miss.

For such a big event, you shouldn't have a chip-up $10 add-on, since you are already charging $55, but it is common practice with all the other casinos in Florida.

I would like to play event 1..flight B and C. I want to register online, but I see there is a 17$ fee to buy seat online. Would rather not pay that. If I get in to west palm on 2/16 do you think I will be able to get a seat for day 1B and C?

I like that you are complaing on a public forum about someone complaining. Then to add to the hypocrisy you throw in some changes you would like made to the buy in structure and event series after "you know it is too late to make changes, everything has to be approved".
