WSOPc (2014/2015) - Harvey's Lake Tahoe (Nevada). October 30, 2014 - November 9, 2014 - Page 2 - WSOP and Tournament Circut

Heading up to Tahoe the Weekend of the 1st and looking to play in one of the tourneys. I noticed that for the events that say 2 or 3 day events, it doesn't say when the 2nd or 3rd days are. Are the 2nd and 3rd days the following days, or usually later in the week?

i.e. Event #1 - 10/30/14 - 12PM (2 Day Event)
Will the 2nd day be played on 10/31/14 or possibly later in the week?

They always follow right after with the possible exception of the Main, which might have multiple day 1s.

Huh, I didn't even look at the schedule before I posted. That one is odd. It should be a huge field with 3 starting flights, and re-entry to boot. Surprised they expect to finish it in only 2 days.

True that! Last year had 2 flights in 1 day and got 537 entries, but I believe it did finish on the second day. Wouldn't be surprised if they had to stop with a few players left late into Day 2.

The structure for it actually does say they would extend it to a third day if necessary, which would actually be 4 days total.

Field sizes: around 200 players, 350 for the main (both heats combined.) The reentry might get 500 all heats combined. Also depends on weather.

There are also going to be a bunch of prop bets going off. The meeting to discuss the main one of these, the fantasy draft, will commence at the pizza place on dinner of Event #1.
