I understand that the Rio runs a deep stack daily, what else runs in that price range? Also, what are the details of it?

yOu're in the right forum; check Goliath(planet hollywood) dailies, and Aria nighties. At the noon $400 range there is Aria, Wynn and perhaps Venetian .
Pretty much all answered above but I would look for a big higher price range if you want more play for your money than the daily rio deepstacks. They are a blast and draw huge crowds but you quickly find yourself short if you dont chip up early, and the end is a shove fest.
