I could do only 1 tournament this week, I will be back in November with 2 to 3 bullets. I was excited a few years back when the circuit first came to Cherokee as I am only a couple of hours away, I didn't think it would take this long to get a cash.
I'll keep grinding

The simple fact that you know what 2+2 is, tells me you have an edge on a lot of the Cherokee fields. The RNG will turn for you eventually

Regarding field in the summer, it's felt pretty much the same as the nov / apr fields to me.

I didn't come to summer event last year when it was just a national champ so don't know about that

But Now that summer event is national chsmpionship and full blown circuit fields feels identical .

PS pro tip. Sequoia Natl is Cherokees golf close 5 min from casino . It was previously neglected and from what I heard in the past was a goat track

Club Corp was brought in a few growing seasons ago to renovate and operate course for the Tribe.

Investments are paying off . What a beautiful mountain golf course . Greens are already near perfect. You can see it's gonna just get better each growing season with Club Corp now involved

The nightly's there are the most fun tournaments I've ever played in. Combining those with the 24oz Henieken tallboys for $6 is best strat !!!

If you saw me Wednesday night you saw that my roommate was basically crushing those 24oz Henieken while I Final Tabled the Nightly. I was pretty fortunate and won. But I almost had to kick my own roommate off the rail lol!

I already booked my room for Nov. Its almost brand new, right across the street from and probably closer to event center than most hotel rooms in Casino.

I locked in rate of about $600 for a week in Nov. best hotel value in town.

Super quiet on this board for this event, compared to recent events - is everyone on twitter or something? Or was there not as much excitement on this now?

it was pretty much like all the other circuits at Cherokee. Other than slightly smaller fields, maybe a handful more wizards, but other than that, large, softer fields like always.

Plus the excitement of Global Championship including ESPN taping of final table for air on Prime Time ESPN this fall.

2.447 entries for first big $365 rebuy. $108K up top, for that.

Yeah I played the Main and concur - was really great. The chips are filthy, but that's my only complaint.
