Schedule is out. Please discuss.

Noteworthy:
Opening event on Thursday is the Monster Stack
Only one non-NLHE event ($365 PLO)
No events starting on the opening Saturday?

That schedule guarantees I won't be flying east...if there was more than one non-NLHE event, I might have considered it.

Any idea if they will add events for the first Saturday? Seems crazy not to having any events on that day.

This is pure conjecture on my part, but it's possible that the schedule has some typos. I agree that it seems pretty absurd not to have anything on the first Saturday.

Looks like the schedule has been tweaked slightly. The PLO event has moved from Thu. at 5pm to Saturday at 5pm. Perhaps this is not the last change we will see.

If you click the pdf link at the top of the schedule, it lists the PLO event as starting at 11 am on Saturday.

Nice catch, I missed that link when checking the page earlier. I'd be inclined to believe that information is more accurate.

First time for me in Baltimore and I'm there 4/30-5/9 chasing points. The Holiday Inn has discounted rates at $99/night. I'm going to try to go to an Orioles game. PM if you're up for a baseball game.

This starts in 2 days. Who's going? Any interest in Orioles game or the aquarium?

I'll be there for Events 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, and possibly the Main. Also playing the $450 multi-flight at the place down the road the first Saturday.

Probably won't have time for much non-poker activity, but would definitely recommend an Orioles game over the aquarium if you have to pick one - especially if you have never been to a game at Camden Yards.

What was the room code and/or site you booked at $99/night

You do not want to stay at the hotel next to the Casino. Wouldn't walk from the Casino to that hotel at night, many have been robbed this way.

There is not much happening on Saturday because the ballroom is booked for that day and they won't have room for a big field tournament. Everything goes back to normal on Sunday. They have enough tables in the outer area for the PLO event and the megas.

If you don't want stay next door, where should we stay? There has to be cameras/security for this short walk.
