Venetian Deep Stack Extravaganza II: March 28 - April 25, 2013 - WSOP and Tournament Circut

Perfect… coincides with my planned first week of April trip. I am also assuming I will continue the trend of never cashing in these fine events. Question for anyone on the room rate (Tommy maybe?). How many events do you have to play to qualify? Example, if I stay 4 nights and only play two events do I get the rate for the whole stay or just two nights?

Last question Tommy, I promise. If I use the DSE code to reserve a room and I play a few days of cash games for the qualifying 6 hours can I get the lower suite rate for the cash days and the DSE rate for the rest. Thanks.

Thanks Tommy. I thought I couldn't do both but thought I would check after I read the DSE flyer.

"To receive room rates you must book using the group code at the number above prior to checking. Poker room rate may apply for these dates. Please contact the poker room for further information about
poker room rate. Poker suite rates apply to all DSE Events $300 and higher or 6 hours of cash play per day."

Wording kind of made it seem you could combine the two offers. Either way I will see you guys in April.

There is a $20 resort fee added per day as well. All information can be found on the back of the schedule located here:

Every other year before it seemed like there was a jan/feb, April, and May-July schedule. Given that this year is March-April, what does that mean for the may-July one? Not the same gap as they have on the past makes it seem like they won't have a may start?

Waiting on the WSOP to release theirs so I do not overlap any specialty events.

WSOP schedule is up ! Now we can wait for DSE III, with the quite promising "pretty good 11 am specialty events schedule"...

Yea ETA on DSE 3 schedule? Before finalizing the summer plans i always wait for WSOP and DSE schedules. Now its just the DSE im waiting for

PS - U guys still run the best series around. Just wish it got the same prestige and media the WSOP gets.

The schedule is done and has been approved. I just have to finish up the back Fact Sheet and I can release it. I am hoping to do that tomorrow and get it online asap.

Sorry to keep everyone waiting but it is a lot of work putting it all together.

If people weren't excited about it, then that would be more of an issue.

Also, it's really helpful for those of us planning o/s trips.
