There is also another casino across town, River Spirit, that just finished construction on a Margaritaville casino, hotel, resort.
If you like Irish/English food, Kilkenny's Irish Pub is a must do.
Andolini's and Hideaway Pizza are my two favorite spots for pizza.
Siegi's Sausage Factory is great for German fare. Fassler Hall is good as well. However, Fassler has a limited menu and is more of a bar.
I am probably forgetting some things, but maybe this will get you started. If there are any specific areas of interest that you have, I will be happy to provide any suggestions or experiences that I have had.

Like OKC stated, no previous WSOP stop. However, the cash games are generally pretty fishy in this area, and traffic in the poker rooms should be overflowing with money.
