The first ring event (monster stack) had 1096 players with 50 players returning at 2 pm Thursday to restart and finish play.

Just wish I had not busted with this large of a field but being at Choctaw all the fields will be big so my poker friends there are still 11 ring events left with 2 that are guaranteeing 1 million dollars and that means y'all need to be here.

This is how it worked last year. But on two different occasions with two different employees the person at the registration desk had to ask someone else if what I was saying was accurate. They made the announcement at the payout of the satellite that you could choose any flight.

I don't see me making it out there this year but got a buddy who made it to day 2. Waiting for updates to come in. I got 5% staked on him and hoping he climbs the ladder. Right now he is going in short compared to most of the others. Need him to bring that stack up and make it to final table!

I'll be up there Friday late afternoon / early evening. Depending on when I actually get there, I'll either play Flight D @ 5 or Flight E @ Noon on Saturday. If anyone knows the Flight B turnout for tonight, I'd be curious to see how it fares compared to A.

Since staff doesn't verify count when you bag, what happens if you miscount when you bag? Dirty stack, can't add etc.. over or under

Then their report is wrong. Doesn't affect the tourney tho, you start with the exact same chips that you bag.

Also, uh, reminder to be careful with speed in Calera.

If I were going to only fire 1 bullet I would choose Saturday noon as that will have the most players allowing you to win more chips.

On the speeding part are you saying that being an officer of the court didn't get any preferential treatment from the police officer? Shoot I got stopped last week and was just told that I know better and to slow down. Guess I got lucky.
