I would get the deck checked out if there are two 6 of clubs in it though
That was my thinking, why would he bet so big with a 6. Thats why I thought his range leaned more to small overpairs or maybe big flush draw.

Are they going to run single table satalites for the main or maybe a few more mtt sattys. Seems like they're not put much emphasis on getting people into the main via satalites

The Mega Sats are all on the schedule. The single table sats are going to run $400 a pop from what I heard and they should start making an effort to get them off starting today. Oh and I'm just repeating what I heard the powers that be discussing late Sunday night, this isn't official news by any means.

I bet 32 k he repops to 130k. I'm thinking here he goes again with an overpair, I jam like an idiot and of course he has the 6c8c. Do I just flat and see if he fires again on turn then get away feeling pretty sure he has 6? Fold right then on the flop? Any thoughts would be appreciated. I'm still sick about that hand. I feel like I should have just folded flop.
If you think this is a brain fart or anything like it, you should take a step back and really reread this hand history again. Stop being results oriented unless ur at the final table.

palazzo sure seemed like one of the nicest casinos around and the events were great as well. The $2500 was probably the softest event ive ever played

Playing 10 one-hour levels on day 1. Add the hour dinner break and the 15 minute breaks after every other level and it sounds like around midnight.

yeah I played it. Structure was as bad as advertised, but players were worse. Had 60k at 8-1600 when one player limp/called with J8ss>AT. Then at 1-2k utg+2 makes it 7k with 35 behind and called my button shove K8dd>KQcc.gg

Ha, I was at your table, opposite end from you. Seat....2 or 3 maybe? I forget. Was wearing glasses and a blue shirt. That guy was a total wildcard, he played that J8 hand with you but I jammed into him later on and got him to fold like 88 somehow. And then he opened to like 12k at 2/4 and folded to a shove of like 25-30k total. He was of course sitting on about 150k when I busted at 3k/6k.

I was down at Parx yesterday and I have to say they're doing a poor job of promoting their main event. When I asked about single table satellites, they looked at me like I had 3 heads. Why would they do a $200 1 in 20 mega and not a $400 1 in 10? I'm also surprised that there's no $400 last chance mega on 8/10 or even the morning of 8/11.
