On the the website it says $500+$500+$50 (so $1050 total), but on the pdf is says $500+$50+500 (I would see this as $550 total then you just get the bounty chip).

Never got to play in a live bounty. And want to be safe!

Thank you!
lol it's going to be $1050. You still have to pay for your bounty

$500 to prize pool $500 for your bounty (aka purple chip) $50 entry fee. oh and addition is commutative so $500+$500+$50=$500+$50+$500

It's pretty needless to say that the h4h situation needs to get fixed. Doing it 2 or 1 from the money is pretty much the bladedest result you can get; not 6 from the money like they did in event one.

Pumped up for the saturday event. First time at Parx.

Does anyone know if they will try to break the money bubble on day#1?
Any tips/tricks for Parx. Are there quick places to grab a bit to eat?

if you're driving there are infinite restaurants on street road, if not you can probably walk to applebees or go to the noodle bar downstairs if you like that type of thing

One more possible issue that could be fixed: Yesterday, my buddy re-entered and had to wait until the BB to post. He ended up coming in where the SB was and had to wait 20 mins while all the wizards tanked every hand. An option should be given to post immediately imo when you sit down instead of forcing the player to wait until the bb. I've never played anywhere that made you wait until the bb, you could always post if you wanted to or you could wait.

500+ entries with no guarantees. Parx should def have guarantee tournaments next time.

I agree with others before me. They need to fix the hand for hand 6 before the bubble. Not sure how or why they did it last night, but i was told it was brutal.

Parx, PLEASE correct this.

I think WSOP did this...or they used to. It may have changed this year though. I know the circuit event at Chester still does it. Other tournaments do it as well. I have never seen a tournament where you can post to get into the game...cash yes, tournament, no.

They have had guarantees in the past and everyone complained because they were not big enough, yet players still did not show up and they missed some guarantees.

Parx is still a relatively young poker room. They are new in the tournament scene and are still learning. They underestimated field sizes in previous events and obviously don't want to continue to make the same mistakes. Once Parx figures it all out I am sure you will see guarantees again. It just takes time.
