Or fly to Dublin and get this straight from the airport to Galway (ie don't go into Dublin city centre)

Just fly wherever's handier/cheaper, not a huge difference in cost/time getting from either airport to Galway. Hotel is 1 minute walk from where bus will leave you

Yeah, am Aer Lingusing to Shannon and then bussing to Galway. Pretty much the nuts way to get there.

I'm pretty sure that they aren't from what I've heard, which is a real shame imo. I hope they manage to arrange something.

They didn't film the CoC, apparently the production company want more salubrious locations like the EPT destinations.

Have you booked this already? Just that when I look on the Aer Lingus website the only Irish airports it has listed are dublin/cork and Knock Irl West??

Yep, all booked. Aer Lingus' site tells me they fly from Heathrow - Shannon.

(I'm going from Bristol)

It's always been 15k starting stack, 1 hour levels. No info out on starting time yet.

Re: UKIPT Season 3

ok thx. does anyone know how many hotel nights are included in the package?! my guess is it's probably gonna be 4 nights since the tourney runs from feb 16th to feb 20th, but I'd love to hear that it's actually 6 nights so we can get there early and leave a day after play finishes

obv I could write an email to support but maybe the knowledge is already in this forum, so I'm gonna try it this way first.

if there's anything else to be known about the hole ukipt galway joint, spread the wisdom plz!

* Five (5) night’s accommodation, including breakfast, for two at the Radisson Blu Hotel, arriving on February 15th and checking out on the 20th of February. Please note PokerStars will provide you with an extra night's accommodation should you make the final table free of charge.

hi all, I've never previously played a ukipt and I'm going to galway. was just wondering if anyone knew what the side events are usually like at these events, what types of buy-ins and structures. i can't seem to find any information about the previous tour side events, and need to have a back up plan for when I bust the main event day 1 much thanks.
