Poker atlas and bravo both say they're having poker tournaments at hollywood in tunica again. I haven't been to tunica in a year but back then, the tournaments and most of the poker at hollywood had dried up.

Does anyone know if the Hollywood poker tournaments are actually happening?

Outside of the 100x craps table at the Horseshoe there is nothing redeemable about Tunica - thankfully places like Harrahs Cherokee opened up and shut that dump of a city down.

Well they're poker tournaments are better, the juice on the ones at cherokee is insane. And they have a ton of games. They had a row of 10-6 double double at roadhouse but I think it's gone. I actually haven't been in a year but I love tunica. They gave all kinds of crazy dueces wild video poker and table game variants that are fun. And they had this lol crazy electronic dog track game at roadhouse. I love it, but im obviously not all about best value

I go to tunica a few times a year. I hate the Hollywood is not busier. Love the room being separated from the casino.

That's a big plus. Playing tournaments at the Horseshoe can miserable if you're sensitive to all the smoke.

At the lake my dad used to shove me off the dock and then "save my life" by pulling me out of the water. Having any gratitude toward Harrah's for Tunica's situation makes as much sense as me thanking my dad.

Harrah's/ParkPlace Entertainment/Caesar's Corp/Whatever those idiots are calling thesmselves now ruined Tunica.
