do people plan to go to this? Is it normally soft around the beginning of June while the series is going on, esp cash games?

I would be surprised if this event drew well since it is running the same days as the $440 buy-in tournament with a $350,000 guarantee at the Seminole Coconut Creek casino. The $2250 entry fee with a $400,000 guarantee doesn't look as appealing to me when considering at all the competition out there. But I only speak as a casual tournament player who is looking for the best value for my tournament dollar.

Event 1, $200 has 76 registered now, it will sell out for sure with a bunch of alternates.

I respectfully disagree about the $2250, all of the best players will be out in vegas for the series. I wouldn't be suprised if there was a small overlay in this tournament. This should be one of the best big buy in values in quite a while.

Just saw this, was hoping there was a mixed game tourney in tune up for me playing a bunch of those at the WSOP. Probably be out there for the PLO on Saturday.

Saturday June 9th, They have an ad on there website saying the fight will be on for free, it doesn't specify poker room but Im sure it will be on all tv's.
