Seminole Hard Rock brings back the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open this summer. There isn't a $10,000,000 guaranteed prize pool this time, but the $5,250 Main Event will have a $5,000,000 guaranteed. The catch is there's only a single flight AND there is NO re-entry.

The series will also have an $1,100, $2,500 and $25,000 High Roller.

According to the press release, all four final tables are happening at the same time.

July 16th-Aug 4th is WPT Choctaw
July 30th-Aug 29th is SHRPO

It really sucks that there is so much overlap but I guess some of this unavoidable.

The 4 final tables at the same time really blows. I'm sure a lot of players would love the opportunity to make more than one of those final tables. The attendance in everything other then the main is gonna suffer.

i am confused by this 4 final tables at the same time thing. first thing is whats the point of it? and i am guessing that some of the tourneys r going to have to take a couple day break?

No Sam, there will be no time off

The $5K 5M guarantee is 4 days starting on a Saturday
$2.5 $1M guarantee is 3 days
$1K $500K guarantee is 2 days
$25K 1M guarantee is 2 days

All 4 FT's will be played on Tuesday

I get it. Since there is only 1 starting day, it is impossible to be at multiple final tables.

That's the goal!

Everyone will know someone playing a FT that day.

FYI- The 1K and the 25K will be reentry but the $5K and $2.5K will be single bullet

No. The final tables are at the same time, so a 4 day tournament will start Saturday, 3 day on Sunday, etc.

How is ($1k) an expected 500+ player field gonna be at a final table on the second day at the same time? Is it a turbo? Do the final tables not start till 10pm on Tuesday?
