Buy-In - $5,300
ME Dates - August 22-29

Tournament series will be held in the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood ballroom.

Agreed. I wonder if they will keep the guarantee or change it as they have in the past with some of their tournaments. Those weren't as high profile, though.

Other than the "hurricane" guarantee debacle I don't remember there being a time where they changed the guarantee. I could be wrong.

They got 2 million in this last one and August is usually an open month with the series just finishing and europe not until later. I like they are having sattelites at all properties. That should greatly increase the chances. Tampa grind!

Will this be competing directly with WPT Legends at the Bike?? Seems like there might be overlap. Any prelim. dates set for that event yet? Bummer if you can't do both.

How many Day 1's is this gonna have?

I would love to take a shot at this if there is only 1 day 1, but no thanks to a $5k where the top players in the world are all going to be firing 3-4 bullets.

How bad do you have to be to not make day 2 multiple times? The dates of Aug 22nd thru 29th with 3 starting days indicate that it will be a 6 day event. So I'm assuming almost everybody makes day 2.
