Don't think I am playing in these, but I sign it, no1 wants to play terrible structured live tounry.

Sat's start today (Nov 11th) for $2500 event. Info is on website but they don't have brochures yet to be handed out....room is a joke

Only reason I didn't play last year was because of the brutal fast paced crap shoot structure it had. I went and played the montreal poker classic though...600bbs to start, levels 1 hour long $1500 buy in...twas perfect!

When was this? As I will likely attend this event and pass on the Niagara one due solely to the horrible structure like last year.

Fallsview staff don't care what twoplustwo thinks of their structure - we've tried over the years and always on deaf ears.

The $1k will sell out. Last year they allowed people to buy as many seats as they wanted at the cage. What ended up happening is a few guys bought a tonne of $1k tickets and ended up scalping them. They cornered the $1k ticket market LOL!!!! It's so laughable how poorly run this place is.

Apparently you can only buy 4 seats this year....not sure why 4??? Should be 1 but anyway yes serveral players made 1000's last year buying sat winners for seat for $700 and reselling them for $1500 day before. Awesome run room.....

I've been to Vegas twice this year

And they have a few tournaments that are better than fallsview running EVERYDAY

It's really pathetic how shafted we get in Ontario

Fallsview is suffering from Leafs Syndrome. They know they have a demand, so they put a half-assed effort into it and do absolutely nothing to improve the system because moronic players will play anyways.

Anyone who buys into these tournaments is either stupid or has money to blow, plain and simple.

Maybe the 5k tournament is worth it to buy in because there are less players and you have more chips to play with. But it would still be hard.

I played at Aria, Caesars, and Binions a bunch of times. And on average, taking into consideration all their structures and attendance, you're normally starting with 10k with 30 min blind levels, and it can be really difficult to maneuver a 60-100 player field.

Fallsviews biggest problem is the blind structure does not support attendance. 45 minutes is probably suitable for 100-120 players LOL. Not 600.

Its absolute insanity.

I'll play the super satellite and test my luck.

If people don't like the tournament, then don't play. If its not in your interests, then don't play. This is a microcosm of why the economy is in the ****ter. People at the top are making all the decisions, and everyone else feels obliged to follow them.

The only option is boycott, or shutup.

was going to play since it is my hometown and ontario lacks any other type of tournaments, but after hearing about the aweful structures i think ill save my money as well.
