Yea playing the stage 2 now and found out from someone that this happened on the hand I got knocked out on. I guess the guy was saying he had me covered by 13k when they were trying to figure out the other guys chip count, when in actuality he had me covered by 100 chips, 30,700>30,600. Pretty ****ty of the guy to try and scheme 13k after he made the mistake

I finished 115 and bubble was 70. Played well ran into coolers nothing much I could do. Was my first live tourney so I think I came away with alot and am looking forward to my next tourney even though it was such a grind to get nothing. Def prefer cash game. But gotta keep on truckin i guess

some dealers were horrendous, i was stuck at a table at the end of day 1 that had 3 empty seats FOREVER and the floor didn't know how to take a player from full tables and at least put us at 8 or 9....

i doubled up the first hand when a guy w/ kk kept barreling me on an ace high flop and finally jammed the river. the full 15k, at 25-50, smoked it all with kings. NH sir.

i backslid to 15k at dinner then ended day 1 w around 192k- to say the least i was disappointed that i was in 3 shatty situations before i hit the rail today.



i had some old guy going NUTS that we wouldn't pay the bubble out today- 2 other young guys at my table were just laughing with me, my theory is- there are winners and losers in life sir. i had to hang my ass out to get these chips and not be sweating the bubble- maybe he didn't and that's his cross to bare.

My guess is that it will come very close if it does not. I still dont plan on getting there too early.

So 741 for the first event blowing away the guarantee and then

82 for the stud event? No guarantee. It will be interesting to see what the ladies and limit tourneys do given that there is no guarentee. I think Saturday will sell out. I was planning on coming up on Tuesday for th 350NL but there is no guarantee. Worried it may be like the winter 600 when we had 40 something.

Rick how many are registered for Tuesday and will you post numbers monday night? How have the 6pm been selling? I may come for one of those instead. I think the next event needs to have a $100K guarantee HOSE or HORSE tourney. Not sure where you will get the dealers, but it would be awesome to have a large multigame tourney at least once a year in the northeast.

CTFire, you are right on target...looking to hold a multigame event in november with a guarantee...137 rigistered into the $600 as of 8:30am today...everything is last minute here...15 registered into Tuesdays $350...I will post the numbers on Monday night for Tuesdays event.

Winter Chill was poorly advertised...we had 99 in the $600...my number for Tuesday is between 250 and 325.

Still alive at dinner break in Event #4 although short-stacked. Something like 335 runners, surprised it was so low. I probably wouldn't have played if I had known (750 for a Wednesday $350, but only 350 for a Saturday $540? Weird...) but oh well.

Structure is pretty darned good though, lots of play. Slightly tougher field than I'd expected, definitely a level tougher than a WSOP $1500NL imo.
