Thanks to Neil, and the rest of the organisers for another great EPT series.
One thing i´ll mention is how all the stars event I´ve been to the prices of food/drink have been extremely inflated and thats not the case with other venues i´ve been to, including WPt´s. A banana in Barcelona was 3 euros?! Small water in Deauville 3,50..I know stars don´t set the prices but you do make the arrangements with the venues, and I can´t understand how you let your players get so ripped off at every event. ( I understand casino prices are higher, so at San Remo then obviously nothing you can do... but i´m referring to function rooms )
In Deauville, like in Prague, there was no dinner provided on any day, and that should be part of the reason why we pay 300 euros in rake for the main event, assuming 3% taken from the prizepool ontop of that + tips will pay for the staff/dealers.
