yeah man the internet is horrible. only thing I can think of is some sort of proxy server issue when it gets overwhelemed. When the "problems" are happening all network traffic is flowing the right way (ie, pings, traceroutes) but HTTP traffic is getting crunched. in my experience it's usally a proxy/webwasher/websense filtering device that gets bugged up. it's working great this morning but its still early.... hopefully they have found the fix.
