FWIW, I always walked up to the cashier the night before( usually pretty late say later than 9p) and registered for the following day's events. Never had to wait for more than 5 min

They are 1 day events and the one I played last year had 130 players for a $150 buy-in.

All satellites pay out lammers so you can use them for any event (including more satellites over 500 bucks). Most megas give out 10k in lammers. Single Table Sats go on all day and depending on the buy in give away 1k to 10k in lammers.
thanks!

but are there any bit deeper-satelites, mayme outside of rio ?

2011 payouts and field sizes available here. Seems NLHE events attracted between 120-150 last year.

I'm planning to play 6-max at Binions on 4 June - should be fun (It's my "warm-up" to WSOP 6-max events over the next week.)

Are those payouts at Binions fricked up? Some of them, the jumps at FT are whack. like 700 between 7th and 6th, then 600 between 6th and 5th, for example. Also, why do some pay out 25% of the prizepool to first, then others in small events pay out <15%? Another was 11%?!

Played some of these last year. The payouts reflect the deals done at the final table hence the discrepencies in percentages

Thanks Kenny, this is great.

If I'm reading it correctly, Binion's appears to have the lowest rake of the low buy-in (<$300) tournaments?

Re: June Summer WSOP and other June series schedules...

Somebody compared the structures of all series a couple of years ago.
If there is someone who has time and desire to do this again, I guess this would be highly appreciated.
