it's cos no one has been smart enough to run a series of 1 day tournaments (turbos duh) with buyins 1k+

given the deepstack starting chip trend, i doubt very much this would be successful. it might do it's job in getting 40-50 2p2'ers out there and some other random grinders, but i doubt any new series will be successful in this town, esp a turbo series. the avg players just don't look for turbos and when they find out they go to another poker room.

Has anyone found the info on hpt at the palms yet.

Wishful thinking of them to have some TD & Badugi tourneys. Half the dealers they get can barely deal >15 hands/hr in NLHE.

Tech question from a non techie guy...is it possible to somehow "autofill" a Google spreadsheet from say a website or PDF, or is it a copy/paste effort?

I've played around with creating some spreadsheets with either direct typing or copy/paste, but always wondered if I was overlooking an easier way.

Funny, 2012 FAQ, but didn't update from 2011 dates. Probably throwing another $5 rake on those deep stacks across the board the way things have been going.
