I was referring to event 1. 1st break was after level 8. 2nd break was after level 14

The structure sheet for the main states that there will be a 60-minute dinner break after Level 6, however today there was a 10-minute dinner break after Level 6 followed by a 60-minute dinner break after Level 7. There was no coloring-up during that 10-minute break after Level 6 so why the late dinner break and deviation from the structure sheet?
