Horseshoe Cincinnati is having a $1500 Buy-in $500k GTD ($100k GTD to winner) next weekend. Along with other a couple other side events with GTDs.

I'm looking forward to the deepstack PLO tournament personally

They've been giving seats away in a cash game promotion since the beginning of August. 6 seats/day + Also they've added 1 seat to each tournament (5 tournaments/week) since the beginning of August. Should be a pretty decent/soft tournament.

While all thee Ohio pros and Natti nits are blowing into town for this event...I will be sneaking up to the Toledo 1k event for a much much softer lineup albeit a much lesser guarantee.

Don't tell no one

hard to imagine a tournament being much softer than this is going to be. The circuit event last fall wasn't exactly tough and this should be significantly softer than that was

Friday will have all of the cash game seat winners, so if you want the softer field I would strongly suggest Friday over Saturday.

Over 200 runners in the $300 Deepstack PLO tournament Wednesday. Registration was open until end of level 15. I was knocked out in level 11 and I think they were up to 205 already.

I'm debating between the Sunday $300 turbo or the Monday $200 turbo. Thinking Sunday many will still be tied up in the DS 1500 Day 2 event still. Got the funds to buy into one but not the time for both so trying to pick the best one and get the OK from the boss LOL.

Anyone know how many made it through 1A? Number of runners today? Planned to play the turbo tomorrow, but since the events are held in the poker room, concerned about how many tables will be available.

I heard about 75 made it through 1A and about 140 were entered for 1b at about 4pm today so 120-130 remaining tomorrow sounds right. gl if you play tomorrow

Looks like a total of 485 entrants for a prize pool of $654,750.

$143K for first in Main, not bad for a couple of days of work. Played the JV tourney today, the $300 turbo had 173 players with $11K plus for first.
