Each stop in Season 3 includes a Main Event as well as qualifiers for the season-ending championship at the M Resort Casino Spa in Las Vegas. Last season, the HPO sent more than 200 promotional winners to the Championship Event. HPO Tournament Director Bill Bruce says the plan is the same in Season 3.

"We plan to not only give away hundreds of seats to the Championship again, but we will also implement similar seat winner promotions to the Regional tournament series as well," said Bruce, who has served as the HPO director since the tour's inception. "These HPO tournament fields are such a great mix of traveling poker professionals and local promotion winners which makes the tournaments really attractive to all levels of poker players."

Looking forward to the series. The structures for these events are solid. Probably gonna play both $300 deepstack events and the main.

How do these events have a solid structure? 20% Rake, which as close as I can tell by reviewing their structure sheets online, doesn't include anything held back for the staff is anything but solid, regardless of length of levels and blinds.

For comparison - $235 daily @ WSOP $22.50 rake plus $12.50 for staff. For the other minor series in Las Vegas during the summer (Aria/PH/Venetian/etc) they are all 12% - 17% in the $200 price range, which also typically includes a percentage for the staff.

Don't get me started on the $95+$30's, and ESPECIALLY the 40% rake on the $50+$20 satellite, WHICH if you win, you will get raked AGAIN when paying the buyin to the main event.

Do not know about yesterday, but looking at bravo app, today's 12:15 event 3 has drawn a whopping 46.....
