I see your pedantry and raise you: Irregardless is a word:

It just means the exact opposite of how people intend. It's essentially a double negative word which ultimately means 'with regard to' which means I scoop the pot--I corrected you and the initial person who used it.

(please someone come along and point out that my initial sentence was a string bet)

same as how inflammable and flammable both mean 'can catch on fire'. one isn't the opposite of the other.

The structures are bad too. Wasted meaningless early levels, then skip key levels later when it matters.

Perfect. Im sorry if you lack the skill to adapt. Thats what I count on when I play bowlcomps in Vegas. In my limited 10yrs living in Vegas I played the most terrible raked tournaments, and I profitably loved them. There are usually less regs and more tourists (easy reads)... this group is terrible at icm, push/fold, and lack some other skills.

So I hope every that every good/decent player avoids these terrible raked tournaments. Its bad and NOT Chainsaw approved (although even if they were, he still wouldnt play).

Ps. I will gladly 500 runner $200 mtt for 200k gtd

I feel the same way I get into town on Thursday 6/8 and plan on firing two bullets at the GN 200K. Im not going to go play the PH for an extra 150 for a slightly better structure. I also echo the concept that the field for this event is going to be slightly on the less skilled side of things. Quick question though what starting flights do you think will be easiest? early flights or the nightly flights?

Nah, but its each person's call what games they want to play. There is a cost for convenience and such.

Im just saying as decent players boycott, it increases my ROI in these games and offsets the higher juice somewhat.

Im not it town for it. But I believe it will play like WSOP Europe Oktober fest game... that was a bit turbo-y and a crap shoot. Would play it still because of all the soft spots and shot for bracelet if you play A- game and flip well.

Im excited for the $200, 200k event. That will be my warm up for the rest of my events.

1500 reward for double bagging makes it very intriguing. A chip n a chair could mean 1500 richer.

Now I need to look to see if its best stack forward.

Players in non BSF format re-entry tournaments have incentive to chip dump and or collude late on day one since failing to do so means they MUST come back to day 2 with a small stack. BSF eliminates this incentive. The number of players who face this situation is far greater than the miniscule number of payers who make a pretty bad financial decision to re-buy into a tourney which they have already qualified for day 2 in, so your game integrity concerns are misplaced.
