correct line against live donkeys?

600 venetian... we are above avg 38k just over half way...500 1000...

Utg opens to 2200 old euro business man calls we make it 7k in position utg folds euro guy tank calls...

Flop j 7 4 hh we have ah... he checks he has 20 left and there is 20 in pot

A) super weak field and awesome table draw yet miles from money...do we give up ever? Or check back and perhaps spike or bluff an overcard or heart?

What would old skool live pro do? Doyle or whatever?

Since I expect 100 pct of red blooded online players not to leave 20 bb out there...

How do we optimise against his range...
Cram
Bet half and call off (we get like 5s on last 10k)
Check back and cram turn when he leads?
Bet 6 and give up leaving us with 25bb? ( has to work one in four)

What gets most folds if we decide to go after this?
