I miss these. Haven't played since the week I won. Hopefully next weekend (guessing that's it for the year, with the CPNAPT coming up, then the holidays, then the circuit events)

Do you guys know how many runners do they get for the daily tourneys? Also are they running the daily tourneys on Thanksgiving?

Have played the 1 and 7 dailies probably 4 times total, generally about 40 runners for the daytime and more like 50-60 in the evening. Not sure about holidays at all but the Choctaw Poker calendar online is usually very accurate.

Does anyone have any more info on the $170 this Saturday? It says it's $170 with a $10 add-on on the info page, but no mention of the house's cut or whether the $10 add-on goes into the pool or to the house. Also, any guess on how many people will enter?

If it's just the normal sat tourney it's now $150+20+10. not sure whether they upped the rake or the dealer toke recently. But I paid 180 last Saturday. Last two Saturday's have been around 120 players

I'll prolly be there. I was gonna play the o8 on Friday and get a room and play sat for sure, but they want $250/night for this Friday so it depends on how late I stay out Friday. Waking up by 10am to get there on time is enough of a challenge without the holiday

Wha? This the first I have heard about this tournament. I checked the site and this looks like a one-time only deal. Is that right?

That was me. The only other person on our table under the age of 50. I accidentally ordered my coffee 'neat'.

That was a fun tournament, but you miss a couple wraps at the 800/1600 level, and it's over.

Anyway, I'm glad you won. You were the only other person at the table who looked like he had more than an entry-level understanding of the game. Next time, I'll come over and say hi.
