Pretty sick run today/tonight... started out great, was never once below starting stack. Built my 15k up to about 35 quickly, then had AA v KK and won a healthy pot.

I made some really good reads, some great folds, and got cards when it mattered. Got 3 bet with AA and won a big pot. Then on the money bubble I had KK, one guy open ships, I reship and JJ calls, and I flop a king. EZ game

My only get it in bad moment was when I was short and shipped with A5 and was called by 77, flop ran out 23x6, river 4 bink!

We were 7 handed for a long while and then got to 5 handed and I think I busted everyone from there. My main female nemesis shipped a ten high flop with 99 after flatting from the SB and I had T8.

Then the other aggro guy 3 bet me all in when I raised the button, I call with AQ (he's got A9) and it stays clean.

At that point I had over 1M chips to the other woman's 200, and we only played 2-3 pots before we got it in my A5 v her 77, I flopped an ace, ez game

No chop, not really discussed, and I wouldn't have anyway... ship the $4k

Just saw that Saturday, 11/5's tournament is a $15k guarantee for $175 + $25 + $10 dealer toke. It doesn't look like there are any structural differences as it still has 30 minute levels, 15k in chips and the same level tiering. 85 players meets the guarantee, but $35 out of the total of $210 is a bit steep at almost 17% of the total buy in. WSOPC $345s hit the 18% mark, but it is a structurally superior event.

I think part of the rake is for the winner getting a seat in the Native American tour main event ($1k)

Of course I win it the weekend there's NO seat

I didn't see it say anywhere that the seat will be added, but if that seat is indeed added, that is a $1k add on value to the $15k guarantee. I can live with that.

Nice job Scott. I was the guy who got 10 th with the JJ (biggest PP i had all day and they looked lke AA to me). My wife got 2nd, so it was a pretty good day for us.

I recall a hand with about 3 tables left where the young guy to your right (who had you covered) raised and you shoved with A5. He snap called you with AK, and you binked a 3 on the river to catch a wheel. Two of us folded A3, so you were running good for sure Saturday.

Actually he had 77 didn't he? And I made a straight.
