The Winter Open just drew 1873 runners with ONE day 1. Two starting days could be well over $1M if they had the event center, signature room, and the guarantee.

Yeah make the opener multiple starting days or a $750-$1k fo, with a big gtd. it will still have a good turnout and you won't have the table space/dealers issues

yea, that was in the events center, and they still needed tables in the poker room, this will probably be in the signature room. And if you make the price higher you will loose players. And the B doesn't want to just meet a guarantee, the B wants to crush it! So if they do a $1M they want $2.5M

I dont think its going to be as packed as the september or january. I can understand having two day ones but i dont knkw that it'll be necessary if ur going to use the poker room and signature room. If u look at the past. The numbers dont match up that close to the winter open and the series in september. I just wanna play in event one and a six max event, which i hope is early, but i highly doubt will be....just will have to wait and see what the set up is when then put it out but im sure everyone will be more then happy with what they see....

This might be not right thread to ask but seems like the best thread for the question.

This weekend (president day) which is the best one day tourney.?

Borgata Monday Tourney($10K Guaranteed Yellow Chip Bounty) Vs Delaware Park Monday Promotional tourney ?

Delaware Park Is running a special President Day Tourney: $100 with 15000 chips and as per someone they gets around 300 runners.
Any one has knowledge about the poker room ?

I would prefer Borgata if they have enough players

Hoping for something new in regards to including some draw games and/or mixed events other than just HORSE.

It would def have to be part of an 8game tourney (with PLO/NLHE) or just add them to HORSE

On their own, neither game/tourney would get 40 runners.

I agree though, they should def throw them in a mix game tourney sooner or later
