I have 30 bbs. (average or slightly above) 190k blinds 3/6k 1000

I open AKo early position. 16k
well known active pro 3 bets 36k

I four bet shove. He has AA

Ok play- just bad outcome?
See flop?- came dry- could of gotten away
fold- I don't think I could have gone this route and slept at night

super duper standard ship over active 3 bettor. never folding. flatting is OK if they are OOP, but I'm guessing we are OOP, so flatting sucks. If we did flat, it would be more to keep our range wide and disguise our strength, not so we can just fold to a c-bet on all non-A or K flops.

post strategy in Midstakes MTT for these tournaments, not MTTc-Live. Don't include results in the OP, pause the hand at the decision point. As an example, most everyone would say jam if you stopped the hand at the 3bet, but now that you've posted the results, some people will color their thought process with the results. GL!
