1) What is the buy-in of the Featured event?
2) Is there a guarantee on the Featured event, or any others?
3) Where can structure sheets, including fees, for these events be found?

Smart schedule. I like how the PLO $465s are a day before WSOP PLO events.

Always grateful to see a draw game on the schedule... but IMO you're going to get a disappointing turnout holding it weeks after the WSOP draw events. I know I won't be able to make that one... June 12th or 13th would have been the sweet spot.

Any link to a structure for these events?

I will be playing in the HORSE event that I think is smartly positioned a day before the WSOP own HORSE. The $1500 event usually attracts around 800 runners all of whom will be in town on Tuesday June 6, so basically I'm trying to estimate the field size in the $465 event, 250 to 300? Anyone care to chime in?

I'm planning on playing in both as well. I think the timing is very smart. Hope you are right and event gets 250+

The multiple Seniors events may cause me to re-evaluate my travel...I am not eligible for the first one (miss it by a day) but would be on the second, which follows the WSOP event.

Still no info about the "Featured" event, apparently. Is this some sort of secret tourney?

Isn't the Aria series the one that chooses an event through Twitter? I remember SOMEONE does an event that way...would expect a mixed event.

A mixed game with 7 day ones? I doubt it.

A mixed game with 7 day ones? I doubt it. I assume it's the WPT 500. I'd like to see info on the guarantee and structure, if it's changed.

Interesting... the WPT500 is not showing as scheduled on the WPT website. Maybe they dropped their sponsorship. In any case, its odd the Aria would list a mystery event in their schedule without any further information.

There's a typo in the $465 plo structure sheet:

Ten (10) minute breaks will be every 3 levels. There will be a thirty (40) minute break after level 12.

Is it a 30 or 40 minute break? I assume 40, because that's what the NLHE one says.

There was talk about future events moving upstairs due to the conditions (smoke, noise) of the casino floor. With Zarkana now closed, any chance the summer series will not be downstairs?

The smoke was always a horrible problem where the series used to be held. I hope you're right about the move.

I just don't remember it(smoke) being a problem at the old site which I prefer. The new site was loud, for sure.

I don't know what you're referring to as the old and new site. But 2 and 3 years ago, when the main tournament area was right next to the poker room in the casino area, the smoke was terrible. Not only did smoke come in from the slots area. But players would stand all around the roped off area during breaks, or spectators would do the same during play, and smoke. If you had a table anywhere near the perimeter, you would pretty much smoke a pack of cigarettes in a given day of play.

That's the site I referred to; near the poker room; really wasn't horrible or that bad and I certainly never smoked a pack of cigarettes while playing; perhaps this is too much hyperbole.

Don't think so. I was one of the unfortunates on a table near the edge. They even had people hiding behind the fake trees and smoking there so they wouldn't be asked to move away.
