Also curious about this.. I already have my ticket for 1B .. if there is a registration process what does it involve and how early do we need to show up to make sure we're at our seat in time for the start.

I would assume you just go to your seat, doesn't make sense otherwise. Not sure about the lanyard part though. Someone please confirm since 1A is on today.

Played 1A today
- just go to the table if you have a seat assignment. Go a bit early as there is a release to fill out and sign at the table
- you'll get your lanyard at the table once you finish the paperwork .

Don't you know, they are doing *you* a favor, almost like they are staking your session fees. /sarcasm

Players are like begging them asking when cash tables will open but they absolutely don't gaf. Tourney tables close yet even after an hour 'maybe' they might open for cash but no guarantees(!)...what are they doing?? Need to have some gaming commission come in to inspect the tables? Mind-blowing and annoying how inefficient this place can be. Not to mention they aren't even opening CN for poker this year, something to do w/ being shortstaffed or fired dealers, who knows? What a crapshow, how the hell are they still in business? Like I said, they are lucky there isn't a whiff of competition in the area or else they would be run outta business yesterday!

Hi ..... 3 months after our trip to the wpt-niagara ..... my friend who is the owner of the car that we went with to niagara received this bill.

- its the 6th year that I go to niagara falls and its the 1st time that i see such a thing
- we havent seen any toll booths or panel warning that this using this segment of highway was gonna be charged.
- i dont understand why they are charging for 25kms on the way and 108kms on the way back
- if it was a 4$ charge, we wouldn't have cared , and still 66$ not a big deal split by 2 but we feel its either a scam or a mistake in calculation. I mean, some people who travel every day that distance or part of it for job, or wtv , will be charged few 1000's of dollars total every year ?!?!!? that jsut make no sens at all.

I dont see how to post a pic .....here is the link of the bill------> https://ibb.co/mMdTbQ

407 is a toll road, this isn't a scam. It's something Ontario drivers know about. Your GPS probably sent you on it (google maps will default to using the 407 unless you set "no toll roads"). Sorry.

You've never rented a car somewhere and received a toll charge after the fact? Happens in the US all the time. It's your responsibly to know it's a toll highway and it's very clearly marked as such and has been for about 20 years.

If you look at the details I bet a good portion of that charge is admin fees charged by the rental company. Also likely that the rental company offered a transponder that would have reduced that fee.
