Deep Stack No-Limit Hold'em Tournaments Every Day May 30 - July 17 (Note new times, additional event)
$235 Buy-In No-Limit Hold'em tournaments at 2 PM.
$185 Buy-In No-Limit Hold'em tournaments at 5 PM.
$365 Buy-In No-Limit Hold'em tournaments at 7 PM. Accelerated format.
$135 Buy-In No-Limit Hold'em tournaments at 9 PM.

I am trying to find the 2017 structure sheets for these events, especially the $235 at 2 p.m.

Are they out and I am just missing it or have they not been released yet?

I can't find the daily structures for 2017 either, only the main WSOP events. The 2pm $235 should be the same as last year; 15k/30mins skips the 250-500 & 500-1k levels etc.

I like them moving the $365 up from 9pm to 7pm. I wonder if the $365 blind levels will be 15mins this year instead of 20mins as they changed the name from turbo to accelerator. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

At around the 7 or 8 hour mark it starts feeling really fast because they raise antes every level and increase the blinds too.

They switched places with the $135. Maybe they were trying to avoid all the Deepstacks finishing at the same time.

I don't think they've posted this year's structures yet. Presumably they will between now and the start of the Series. Interesting to put the $135 back in the late-night spot, I think that will help the fields of both the $135 and the $365. The $135 used to be the late-night tourney, starting at 10pm. Then last year with the addition of the $365 and the earlier start times across the board, it landed at 7:00. I like the $135 for the late-night gamble, and I think the $365 will do better in the 7:00 slot. And I'm guessing "accelerated format" just means the 20-minute levels as opposed to the 30-minute levels in the other Deepstacks.

maybe I'm doing something wrong, but once scrolling all the way to the right, can't see dates....? I'm looking at Wynn for example.... too wide. any way to insert the date block also in the middle of the spreadsheet?

If you download the file the columns with the days are locked so you don't have that issue. Unfortunatelly this option isn't supported on the dropbox website.
Apparently Google sheets does support this option so I will look into it for the next time.

Seems like 45 tables is kinda small for the 2pm.

My guess is that some of the tables in Pavilion will still be used for the 2pm.

My thought on these revelations:

1) I think its great the WSOP was able to re-up with ESPN. Even if they managed to find another broadcast partner, none would have the reach of ESPN. And even with ESPN struggling, leading to lord knows what in the future, at least for the next four years, the WSOP should continue to have lots of exposure, which is good both for the WSOP and poker in general.

2) Overall, I will not miss the November-9. Nor will I shed a tear if the incessant "profile" pieces are gone from the coverage. However, I am annoyed that I didn't know about these changes and planned my exodus from Vegas before 7/20 this year Oh well. In future years, this will provide the other venues an opportunity to provide high-quality tournaments beyond the usual dates.

3) The displacement of the DDS to the Poker kitchen is odd. I know they usurped at least half of the poker kitchen seating area last year for tables, and I guess they're just using 100% of it this year. I'm not sure if this will serve either the Poker Kitchen or the DDS well. I think they would be better served to just move the poker kitchen elsewhere and use the entire space in that ballroom for poker tables. I think they could find room for the PK in the hallway adjacent to the Amazon Room on either side, or perhaps move the registration areas.

Unless I'm missing something, this rearrangement would seem to exacerbate the table shortage the 2pm DDS usually suffers when there's a big bracelet event occurring. Usually the bracelet event takes up DDS tables and then as the tables break, the DDS alternate players are seated. With only 45 tables (according to the article) being available form the start...prepare for some long alternate waiting periods. Usually from week 2 to week 4, the fields start with 600+ entrants, so I don't know what their logistical thinking was when they decided to make the room switch.
