2016-2017 WSOP Circuit Schedule - Page 2 - WSOP and Tournament Circut

I'm loving the 3 stops in Cherokee, great news for amateurs in this area. Those 3 with my yearly trip to Tunica and maybe 1 one more (Chicago) would be 5 stops for me this year....Life is good.

For us on this side of the Country, the Biloxi stop that runs the same weeks as the Gulf Coast Poker Championship at the Beau sounds good.

So close to summer = dud.
Over Labor day weekend = dud.

What should have been a top 3 stop on the schedule is now a dud. I feel like they are trying to fail. I think they got something like 1300 for the main last year. I would expect something closer to 800 or 900 this year, if they're lucky

Looks like Ballys, which ran a successful event last Feb/March, is the go-to Vegas stop on the schedule.

I have been a professional gambler (poker, sports gambling), living in Vegas for some years now.
I still teach Math as a hobby, mainly for Math Olympiad contests.

Probably playing the circuit is not as profitable as playing cash games, but I do like the idea of playing it full time for a year.

There's probably 100 circuit regulars who go to 10-14 stops per year. Probably possible to do 17-18 this year. I'm probably doing 11-12 this year.

As schedules come out, I will post as individual thread to enable discussion about each stops schedule, hotels, restaurants, rides, last longers, etc.

I played my first WSOPc events at Ballys earlier this year and final tabled one of them with Ari Engel and Jessie Capps. I really enjoyed the experience and I'm not sure how I've let these WSOPc events fly under my radar for so long. After smashing @ the Rio this summer, I am eyeballing all the West Coast stops and I'd like to travel at least one new place in the next year for a poker series - probably Choctaw or Florida. I'd be all over that Foxwoods series but I already have a Colorado trip planned in early August.

If you tourney grinders like deep stack cash games this is a great place to play as all cash games are uncapped in Biloxi. Plenty of affordable hotel selection too. I recommend staying at the scarlett pearl.

For those asking on the Tulsa stop. It will be able to accommodate as many as the Durant stop. Yes in the tournaments they have had lately they use the upstairs room. But they have huge conference rooms in another building they used to use for big poker tournaments. Those rooms when opened up are quadruple the size of the upstairs room.

Who at WSOP should be contacted regarding an error in player data that effects anybody who cashed in any National Championship event. i.e. their total cash amount is double counted for that cash and it shows as a cash as a ring event and a bracelet event.

39 days away from the HSI stop and no schedule released?

Yet the Tahoe stop is several weeks away and we already have a schedule?

I understand that these events have to get approved by the state gaming authority in Indiana, so maybe that is the hold up?
