Subbed and noticed a typo that thurs 7pm restart is event 17 not 19

I always said Jimmy needs a secretary to proofread guess I should have instead of just pasting and copying.

I am guessing Event 4 is the same as the one I just played in during the Cardplayer tour. It sure looks the same with 2 starts each day for day 1.

How long are the flights for #4 with 2 7pm flights

Since the Structure Sheets aren't available yet, I'm not sure anyone can answer any questions about the upcoming events. Hopefully Jimmy Sommerfeld will get the Structures finalized and posted soon.

He has suffered two tragic losses to his crew in the last couple weeks, which I'm sure has caused a delay. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families and friends affected.

Haha, I'll try to play as many as I can. I played a few events at the Winstar River series, don't really go to Choctaw very often.

Main event is opening rifle deer season weekend in Texas, doesn't seem like great planning

also Halloween, I have a 4yo and a 7yo, so not missing that with them

Thought Halloween was Thursday yah that's bad no matter what area for a main good for the nightly though

I am the opposite. I do the events at Choctaw and have not been to Winstar in ages. Since I live in Allen it is easier to go up to Choctaw. Doogie on the other hand is closer to Winstar but he will drive out this way when he is jonesin' enough for some poker to play in an event with me.

As far as scheduling...It is very hard to schedule at a time thats perfect with everything! The construction...The River...etc. So we do the best we can do. Hopefully you can fnd a few tnmts that you would be able to play!

I will keep this in mind for next year( Opening Hunting) As far as Halloween...I dont think I can get them to change that date!

Yah first weekend in November every year I'll still play main since it's two flight though

we use 5% payout on that one event.

With so many re-entries and multi flights...We use 5% payout scale.

The reason is that I do not want a player to cash and not come close to getting their money they invested back.

It is like the old Rebuy tnmts. Example: they used to have 300 players 750 rebuys. They paid 30 spots. They did not say well with the rebuys it would be 1050 players so we need to pay 105 spts.. Hope this explains it and it makes sense.

Therefore we can play down to 7% of field due to us only paying the top 5%.

I noticed some megas have 10min blinds (event 29) and others (event 27) have 15min. Is this a typo or are they really different? They are not turbo megas.

Also, is the monster stack really 10 min blinds?
