i'm a huge fan of this, would also like to see the WSOP pull out a 2k+1k bounty event or something as well

Going to be in Vegas June 8th to June 17th. Really hope schedule comes out soon as I need to book. Mainly going to be grinding 2/5 and 5/10 cash but want to play in an event. Would imagine there would be a 1K or 1.5K NLHE tourney that week right?

if the last couple years are any indication you would have at least 3-4 $1-1.5k events to choose from

The last couple of years there has been a $1.5k NLHE roughly every Mon, Wed & Fri with a $1k NLHE each weekend.

I would love to see a 5 card draw event...

From speaking to the guy on the players commitity, this SHOULD NOT be a WSOP event in June.

You don't get to see any flops, and making it a $1K WSOP event with 3000 chips would be a shove fest by the first break.

no chance it's a 1k, since they don't have any chips smaller than 25 and you need to start w/ antes.

It should be a 3k (9k chips). blinds at 25/25 the entire time. First two levels should be 25 ante, then increase very slowly from there.

if the blinds are 25/25 the entire time you never get to color up.

lol whatever, blinds can go to 100 when you go from 75 antes to 100 antes, and to 500 when you go from 800 antes to 1k antes etc

=P, I liked ante up events on Stars, I just don't feel like they will be popular live though.

Of course they will be popular. Everybody sucks at them, but everybody thinks that they are good and everybody else sucks at them so everyone will want to play.

It's like in the 10game how everybody says "yeah a bunch of the people are only good at some games but I'm good at ALL the games so I have a huge edge" but then they pretty much suck at like 8/10 games and but try to outplay everybody in all the rando ones
