Renovations are delayed apparently.

Will all cash games be at the Venetian or some be run at Palazzo? Overall this is a very good schedule. Are the structures going to remain identical from before for each buyin level?
All cash games will be at the Venetian and everything tournament will be in the Palazzo, this includes Day 2's etc.

Structures will be the same as in the past with maybe a couple minor improvements

Originally, our remodel was suppose to be taking place. Instead, we are now running a Spring Big Bounty Festival from April 12-22nd.

I think this 10k will be popular.

5Ks wsop get 800-900, 5k 6 max got 700. 10k 6 max got 500.

Players will be looking for a juicy 10k this year with new lower buyin wsops
The difference in the WPTs and the V $5k main is there is a feeder system that utilizes multiple satellites. We'll see, but I would set the o/u at 200.

Just to double check really quickly- $400 Ladies event is 40 min levels, too? And are re-entries allowed for this event, too? Don't remember re-entries in the past...?

+1, would absolutely love a $400 PLO tourney.

Also, the VDS $600 PLO tourney on 6/28 is on the same date as Golden Nugget's PLO/PLHE mix tourney, though I suppose it's 4 hours later (GN- noon vs. VDS- 4pm)... not sure how significant this may be.

The $400 Ladies has 12,000 starting chips with 40 minute levels. Yes, there are re-entries

Tommy I assume this means you will have to cap entries in tournaments. Last year a number of tourneys drew over 800 and with only 77 tables, multiple tourneys and 2nd and 3rd days there would appear to be a lack of space. I can see a particular problem June 18th where there is a $1600 and the seniors event. You may draw a reasonable percentage (even 15%) of the seniors who play in the WSOP event (on the 15th) and last year it drew 3700+.

Awesome, of course I can't make the 1st 600 PLO (most likely) and the 2nd 600 PLO doesn't have any $400 NLHE events close to it. A 400 PLO event would be nice as well.

Regarding the wynn comps, here's a funny tweet by Mr Todd Terry.

Todd Terry ‏ @toddbterry

Only problem is $20 comp gets you $3 worth of food at Wynn

77 tables should be enough to accommodate 800-850 players when you account for re-entry and late-reg.

We will not shut anyone out. We will get all alternates in as players bust out if needed. Keep in mind that it also doesnt take me 77 tables to get a field of 800-1000 players into a tournament. It may take me 60-65 tables depending on how fast players bust out. We will coordinate everything the best we can to make sure players wait as little as possible should that situation arise.

I would hope that he $600 events will be 50 minute levels, otherwise, this will be much faster than prior DS events. Will we get the equivalent of the chip stacks in prior events after the dealer appreciation add-on?

Tommy

Is the rego cage open round the clock? I'm looking at including Sunday DSE events on my schedule (hoping for lots of tourists with those buy-ins), and really don't want to spend hours lining up.

$600 events will have 15,000 starting chips. There are a couple mistakes I have fixed that I am working on getting updated today

At the moment, you can sign up for the next day's event starting at 9pm the night before. Registration will be open all night.
