I also wouldn't mind if playes could post to play direct.
Altough over in Europe you usually can play directly without posting and I prefer that option. don't see why late regs should get punished by waiting some extra time or posting.

On the other hand, why do re-entrys have to wait to post.
Happened to me in one of the first events, only had to wait one hand though, but re-entrys should be able to play directly again without penalty.

This would be the best way to do it IMO if it's doable.

I've only been a late registrant a handful of times at Venetian, but it seems as if it's 50/50 whether this happens. I believe if there's already chips in the well you're sent on your own, otherwise a floor staff brings you to your seat and gives you chips.

Satellites are picking up since we moved them to the Venetian Poker Room. I believe they ran 7 yesterday morning before the 12pm DSE registration ended.

Next year can we add 12k/24k/3k and possibly 7k/14k/2k? Would make structure perfect IMO. FT in the $600 really chewed up stacks fast and it's when there should be a bit more play
