I only bring this up because I would have taken this option today...

Slept through my alarm, then wasted ~45 minutes at the freeway entrance by my house because of an overturned car. Regged at ~1:30pm and drew the seat between the button and the SB, so I had to wait ~10 minutes to play a hand, and then it was only 20 minutes til the first break. Pretty tilting.

Way too many ~'s in this post imo.

I would have probably just waited to reg at the break - that way you can cool down a bit. I hate arriving / starting a session harried.

I had honestly forgotten about the Venetian rule. I just wanted to get in the game after all the delays. I really wish everywhere was like the Commerce where you buy in and you get a hand immediately, no posting required.

Didn't matter anyway, lost a 80 BB pot with AA<QQ aipf.

all your delays have nothing to do with the tournament. no matter what the late reg policy is someone will complain. its fine the way it is.

From the links you posted, the guy handled things super poorly, but in the end paid everyone back. And this was 2-3 years ago.

What do you want people who are reading this thread to do now that you posted this? I plan to take his chips.

But then again, I plan to take everyone's chips eventually.

That's just ripe for abuse. Immediately posting is fine with me though.

Not the way they do it. Late regs get walked to their table by floor staff, so dodging blinds is impossible.

I want people to not get scammed by him. From what I know he seems to be a good poker player, so maybe you sit next to him all day, and you see hes good and he cons you into investing in him then he steals your money like he did to me and others. He scammed on 2+2 made a new acct and did everything right built up his cred before doing it again. If I had known he did it the first time it would have saved me money, so maybe me posting helps someone else.

Fair enough.

I apologize if I came off as harsh before, it just seemed silly to me that you're talking about someone's character in a tournament series thread. I really don't care who I'm playing, and I don't plan to give anyone I play with money.
