I couldn't find a thread about this event and was just wondering if anyone is planning on attending this?
Did anyone do it last year? What was your experience like? How big was it last year? Is it worth going to?

Last year I played a few preliminary events on the weekend. The drew between 350 to 500 for the weekend events. It is a well organized event with good dealers. they SNGs run with frequency. The nightly tournament draws well although the vig is too high from my perspective. Not sure about the cash games but I can't see why there would be any issues. In short, one of my favorite events out side of Vegas and I plan on going back.

The first two weekends have 200k guarantee events. These are large for the Tunica market and should generate a lot of action.

Any word on hotel rates?

Never mind got them. $69 weekend nighs, $49 weekdays..

whats the best airport to fly into?

Where did you see those?

Memphis is about a 30 minute drive.

Blues City tours runs shuttles from airport to casinos.

I called and asked today..

Did you go through hotel reservations or the poker room for those rates?
