Its a harsh penalty but i have no problem with it. Dont act like a douchebag next time, if being an ******* is a part of ur game then u should quit poker. When u got warned the first time for using foul language u should have stopped, or at least stfu when the guy gives u the penalty and not get dq'd. Either way people like u make poker unenjoyable for recreationals, its not fun to be around and ur behavior is unacceptable

Chip Leader: Guy did not like me because I got 10 10 vs A A and 4 5 6 7 8 came out. Tried to give him dabs after the hand as we chopped and buddy gave me an evil look, with no dabs/pound back. Buddy next to him pounded me and told chip leader to lighten up. I was not instigating fights with anyone, just talking a lot, which is completely reasonable in most poker rooms around the World.

You guys did everything you could to not disqualify the guy at the end of day 2 but he was just a complete retard. Couldn't have handled it better and admittedly I was fairly impressed that Pablo stepped in and became as firm as he was. It was necessary at that point and at some point the guys blatant disrespect for the rules, dealers, and floor staff must be punished. For those that weren't there that are going to ask plenty of questions about this, basically all I can say is that this guy was the most obnoxious human being I've met and he was allegedly really drunk but I have my personal doubts about that. Those of you that know me IRL know that it's impossible to tilt me and this guy succeeded just by existing. Blah

-Warning from every dealer and got a 4 hand penalty (big freaking deal)- I received a 2 round penalty and the only reason I made it a big deal is because it completely affects the way I am going to play out the rest of the tournament due to stack size. I am being forced to gamble rather than take down blinds and keep the game going. I do not play to get called, I play to take down the blinds and go on to the next hand. High success rate. play about 20% of my hands and win 75% of them.

- I only called Pablo an A****** because he disqualified me from the tournament and did not give me a chance to explain my self. He declared me incoherent although I was not wasted. Even chip leader said that he had his personal doubts of how wasted I were.

I guess to get 12 people to like you, 3 of them got to dislike you. Unfortunately one of the three that dislikes me, happened to write an article before me, so some people come to predetermined conclusions by calling me a liar as well as derogatory comments.

Got warned and did not use another curse word until I was declared disqualified. Got disqualified for arguing that a 2 round penalty was too harsh especially considering the circumstances. After the tournament director declared me incoherent and called security, I called him an ****** for bringing this situation to this and abusing his authority. Can't do anything now but this should not be allowed in poker.

Was not even trying to piss off people, just having a good time. I have seen a lot of people that were still in the tournament at the time and most agree that the tournament directors ruling was too harsh and should of never got to that point. Some also believe the tournament director personally had it out for me for having a good time throughout the entire tournament. I could of been knocked out on the next hand and had a great tourny but instead was disqualified and went out to a true definition of drawing dead. I play a decent amount in Hollywood, Daytona, Jax & Tampa and have 0 history of poker room instances/ being kicked out/ fighting/ etc. until this one. I play poker to have a good time recreationally, not to make big $$$$$ or piss my life away. At least this got me to realize there are bigger and better things to life, poker is a hobby.

How is talking and drinking acting like a "jackass" when playing poker? Does everyone have to wear headphones and be serious at poker tables nowadays in order not to get a penalty or disqualified? No room for fun to lighten the mood in a poker tournament. Don't get it.

I can see by the way the way OP is arguing in this thread I can almost certainly imagine how this went on that fateful night.

Doesn't sound like you were lightening the mood for anyone, from people that were there you sound like a massive tool. Not one person has come back and defended your actions.

If you just tried to mask the facts and mislead the community on the original post, and retreating later, it'd be fine. But justifying it over and over is ridiculous. Get a grip of reality bro, stick to playing poker and maybe you'll earn more money and respect from the people.
