Re: You can't handle the truth! What July for? (July 2012 LC thread)

Klavs,

OH I KNOW you had best be giving all of us Loungers an invite to this pimptastic wedding. It sounds like it's going to be one hell of a good time.

We promise to be good...

Hmmmm. Not a bad idea, actually. If I'm looking to round out some extra spots to reach our caterer minimum (K has a lot of family that would have to travel far to make it, so there's a good chance of poor attendance on the bride's side of the aisle. My family has to travel a ways too, but my family travels pretty well), I could maybe convince K that I have a couple of "old friends" in Boston and Cincinnati.

Our venue can only hold 125 people. D just told me she completed the list of her people she wanted there and it came out >100. Lol.

That's not out of the realm. They say you invite roughly twice as many people as you expect to attend.

But where do you live, Busto? Driving distance from upstate NY? I suppose JC is not too far.

Depends on what you think of as reasonable driving distance. I'm in Georgia.

Poker themed? How'd that work? Sounds interesting.

Cue stupid poker analogies

Did you go all in on the wedding night?
Was she loose passive or tight aggressive?

Don't bother slowplaying the nuts for the first few years.

Dont bust out early.

Always consider position.

Mine will be more like Clue. Professor Wookie, in the bedroom, with rope and a lead pipe.
