Re: Men's Wedding Stuff
Everybody's hands look different. The most important thing is to try various rings on and see how they look on you. I have really pale skin so anything gold always looks ridiculous on me. I'm pretty sure my ring is white gold but honestly I don't remember. It's "silver" in color that's all I know. And I have small hands and thin fingers so I got a smaller millimeter wide ring b/c I think it fits the scale of my hand better. Wookie, aren't you very tall? I guess you have large gangly hands so keep that in mind to pick something that won't get swallowed up by your giant hands. The ring should look like it "belongs" on your hand and has always been there.

1. Tungsten carbide is awesome although I gave myself a nasty bruise trying to learn how to open beer bottles with it
2. Ascots are awesome

I wear Black Hills gold for a wedding band, but then again I am 50+.
It looks very similar to this picture but bigger and less jagged/smoother.

FWIW - I have been through 3 wedding bands in 22 years. Started out with a very plain simple yellow gold band that we could afford at the time. It broke (Actually saved my finger from being squished when I had a large network printer slip while I was moving it) and I replaced it with a different band that was still yellow gold and had a woven type of pattern in it. I broke that one in a very similar way and eventually replaced it with the Black Hills Gold ring that we bought with Blackjack winnings from Deadwood.

I suggest not poking old guys with a stick who can kill elk from 525 yards, killed Bison with a bow and arrow and eats raw liver from the critters he kills

Yeah, guys lose/break rings. I'm on my second. I vote for a common easily replaced 4mm yellow gold band. I'm not that old.

Nor should you poke young scientists who could weaponise the bacteria that grow on an elk's ass

Too much effort. I have easy access to mustard gas and dimethyl sulfate. Gas the site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

Yeah, these cost around triple that of the one I posted in OP (not that I'm sold on that one). If the argument is to get something replaceable, gold is not the answer.

Re: Men's Wedding Stuff
If you buy gold though, it'll triple in value by next Tuesday. With a gold ring you can retire in like 6 years.

Re: Men's Wedding Stuff
I don't know much about rings and suits, but you should elope to Hawaii, get married on the beach, and buy a new car with the savings.
Ok, I'm done preaching.
