oh the poor under nourished persons needed to steal your tires so they could eat. its so nice of you to think of them in reasonable terms.

scumbags would be the least of my thoughts on what to call them and have done to them if they get caught.

Ray, you never know. And I never know why I think the why I do. Car is only a year old, so four new tires and wheels couldn't hurt.

I learned the split games from Ray Zee and Andy Nelson. It was the stud 8 I did the best in. In those days they played $1 to $5 Stud 8, no ante, $1 forced opener, in Deadwood, Blackhawk, Cripple Creek and Albuquerque. No one raised on third street, even with a pair of aces and a low kicker, except me. A lot of family pots. The games dried up in the late nineties.

back to winter//////// the northwest is getting blasted with rain and snow in lots of places that hardly get any. mostly because its a la nina winter.
where i am in montana its getting more than a foot or close to two or mor and we rarely see more than a few inches at a time.

89 might be fine but the cockroaches that come with that aint so fine.

just east of me got 51 inches monday. thats heavy wet snow not powder snow.

no cockroaches there.

so in the 1960's i was in florida so had to go to the white castle hamburger place as they were open all night. hamburgers were like a dime and they took a meatball and hammered it on the board and put it on the grill. we would order like ten of them.

so one time i am watching, and this giant cockroach pops out and walks along the counter where we eat. so being the diligent person, i simply pointed it out to the greasy looking cook, and he promptly took his finger and flicked the cockroach away against the wall.
then went back to the burgers.
last time at white castle.

LOL, that reminded me...........

I was in an all night diner a long time ago after a long night of drinking. One of those huge Texas roaches was climbing on the ceiling right above our table. I grabbed a napkin and smushed it, then put the napkin down on the table. About the time our waitress came to the table the roach crawled out from under the napkin with its guts hanging out.

The waitress looked at it and said "that ain't nothin', you should see the ones in the kitchen".

Spent many a late night standing in line at closing time to get wonderful greasy burgers....

Heck you go to FL and you just have to expect cockroaches. They likely do not think much to see em.
