It's an all wood structure. The interior siding is new (with new insulation).
And I'll have you know that plasma tv was rakeback earned through many hours playing PokerStars back in the day.
The chair is part of a 30 year old, pure leather, sectional from Italy. Jealously fought for by family members for 20 years (divorce). I'm lucky Mother can only fit one piece in her place.
The bed is a tempurpedic, almost as costly as the leather chair. And worth every penny. My brothers lady-friend is responsible for the tasteful bedding.
The floor is a knock off veneer, but it's resistant to most everything I can do to it. Bonus: my office chair rolls magnificently.

I haven't gotten to the walls as of yet. A couple Mom originals, a hockey sweater, and an O'Keefe poster await.

Paper towels have been for standard clean-up only. The Casita remains unchristened.

So I guessed right on the flooring - not bad stuff as you point out and built for punishment. Earned some points. That chair is looking better with your added info but it is blocky which can not be helped being part of a sectional. Bonus points on comfort but subtracted right away to Zero as being so out of place. As an aside the Italians make first rate leather furniture and leather clothes. Is it lamb leather? I have an Italian lamb leather jacket that is so soft and comfortable, and it only gets more comfortable with ware; I've had it for more than twenty years. I love it. I Plan to be buried in it. You should have the same plan with that chair.

I proffer bad eyesight as a mitigating factor for the size of the Tv.

It might be lamb leather. I'll have to ask Father. It's soft, durable, and perfect to nap on. I can think of no better life outcome than to be cremated and entombed in it's cushions.
