Star Trek Voyager - S02E21 "Deadlock"
I watched the original Star Trek as a kid, saw the movies, but didn't get into the subsequent television reincarnations, that is until Voyager came along. The stories were well written, I liked the cast members, and it certainly didn't hurt when 7 of Nine joined the cast.
This particular episode is my favorite. It is suspenseful, emotionally moving, and is not entirely predictable.
The link I've provided has the episode and for added viewing enjoyment, Korean subtitles...
Enjoy!

The Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Duet" comes to mind. Epic dialogues between Kira and a supposedly Cardassian war criminal (played with excellence by Harris Yulin).

The Office-
The Casino episode cliff hanger. Jim/Pam's relationship escalates and the casino humor is very lol.
Jim: It's the weirdest thing. Every time I cough, he folds

Seinfeld: So many, it's impossible to pick one, but I always like the Merv Griffin set episode- just so funny. Maybe, it's because, as a kid, I would bust out the video camera and pretend to be a talk show host as well. Also, this episode has Jerry getting his gf to pass out so he can play with her toys, the sideler, Newman, etc.
Jerry -Where are you going to sleep?
Kramer -Backstage.

Curb Your Enthusiasm-
I always think of the premiere of season 2 when Larry attempts to be a car salesman and gets fired. This is the first episode I saw of this show and I was hooked in about 5 minutes.
Customer: What's in the engine here?
Larry: Big stuff.
Customer: What's the difference between the GT and the GTS?
Larry: Okay, the GTS is Guaranteed Tremendous Safety.
Also, the finale of the restaurant opening is insanely good:

Also, the Seinfeld reunion was amazing too. Can't wait for this show to come back.

Re: Pick a TV Show, pick its best episode, tell us why...
not sure if this counts as a "TV-show" but anyway
Band of Brothers - Episode 2: Day of Days
Being lucky enough to be born into a time and country devoid of war this episode was pretty eye-opening for me. The courage required of these kids going into war and the way it is portrayed is amazing.
I also get goosebumps at the end of the whole mini-series when the old vets are revealed as this and that character.

Six Feet Under - Season 5, episode 12 - "Everyone's Waiting" (Finale)
It was by far the most emotional I felt after watching a television show.
I actually cried and I was amazed.
Best show I've ever watched.

Same. The only bit of tv or film that has ever made me cry was the Six Feet Under series finale montage.

Kyle XY The first episode of this series. It got me hooked and the series itself is fantastic.

No way were you the only one regarding the SFU finale. I never watched the show, plus I don't get emotional over that kind of stuff, but just seeing it almost got me.
