i think that my wife was told to do certain things to keep my daughter away from me in the begining,which is why she kept the baby away from me for over a month. i honestly believe my wife would never do the things she did on her own.and now i think she needs to realize that we are in it for 18+ years and no matter what im going to be a father. and mediation on weds was just orientation so we wont be able to mediate until thursday of next week

went to mediation today we came to an agreement but it wasnt whole hearted she has trust issues with me so she is afraid for our baby!she thinks because i smoke outside on the porch i may bring in toxic chemicals on my skin to the baby. our attorneys will get a fax of our agreement. meanwhile i was served a subpena from the d.a. to show up in court to testify against her on her court date!!

i suspect we are not going to trial after so many trips in and out of court. my wife went in front of the judge today and said she was "sorry for asaulting me and wont ever do it again" that and the fact she has no priors. all she got was 16 hours comunity service and a fat fine.

question good folks. my wife is taking my infant child out of town,on her own.im afraid of something happening to my infant daughter.if she takes her out of town it would cancel my visitations rights i have with my child thus violating the restraining order. im prepared to call the authorities but what would happen if i would did? a slap on the wrist?
