Yeah, +1 for kind of disappointed with Prometheus.
Certain scenes are incredible, the opening 30-45 minutes is absolutely superb, but I found the rest a little disjointed. Agree with most of the criticisms noted here as well.
However I suppose disappointment is relative, it's far superior to 99.5% of movies, and it's ****ing cool as well. Plus Fassbender is just incredible.

Well I came back from Prometheus. To those that have seen it, did it remind you of Blade Runner in its themes more than the original Alien films?
I thought it was great, intelligent big budget move making. Can agree with some of the criticisms but this is the blockbuster movie that I want. Visually it is simply stunning and Fassbender is amazing.

Multiple Thumbs... WAY UP!
JIRO DREAMS OF SUSHI is the story of 85 year-old Jiro Ono, considered by many to be the world's greatest sushi chef. He is the proprietor of Sukiyabashi Jiro, a 10-seat, sushi-only restaurant inauspiciously located in a Tokyo subway station. Despite its humble appearances, it is the first restaurant of its kind to be awarded a prestigious 3 star Michelin review, and sushi lovers from around the globe make repeated pilgrimage, calling months in advance and shelling out top dollar for a coveted seat at Jiro's sushi bar.

I saw the trailer for this and immediately knew I wanted to see it.
This description definitely supports that theory.

Just saw Hotel Rwanda.
I'm at a loss for words right now, it's so intense. Don Cheadle's performance was haunting, and all he did was make his character a simple vulnerable family man thrown into some extraordinary circumstances. The story itself hits you pretty hard with one tragic or scary twist after another. I really can't think of anything negative to say, they set out to punch you in the gut and they do it brilliantly. 10/10

+1 Jiro Dreams of Sushi. Should be a huge contender during awards season. Such an inspirational doc, left me with a huge smile on my face.
Speaking of Docs, Being Elmo exceeds all the hype. Another positive doc oozing love, happiness and inspiration. Another one that had me smiling ear to ear all throughout.
Piranha 3DD Not sure how to rate this one. It's very bad, but some parts were really funny. Terribly inconsistent. Felt bad for Ving Rhames and The Hoff as it's clear they're scraping the bottom of the barrel.
Snow White and the Huntsman far exceeded my expectations. I went in hoping to have a fun time and I had a freaking blast. Massive ensemble cast of familiar faces. Theron is stunning as usual, Hemsworth is a bad ass and Stewart is pretty and plays well off Hemsworth and Theron. SWATH is stunning visually. Such a beautiful film to watch. Spectacular special effects make this a well rounded action/adventure. Rating: 4/5
I've watched Goon 4 times so far (twice theatrically and twice this week on BD). It's an underdog film with a lot of heart, comedy and a sharp clever script penned by Jay Baruchel and Evan Goldberg. Each character serves a purpose and you can tell a lot of love and passion was poured into this film. I'm sure it helps I love hockey and Canada obv, but I've heard many American critics and non-hockey fans alike give praise to Goon. If you liked Goon, give Fubar 1+2 a try, same Director Michael Dowse.

I just payed 20$ to see Prometheus, and another 2$ for the ****ing 3D glasses. Great movie, intense is the word I would use to describe it.
