1990-1999 Best Movies Draft

I will start the thread to guarantee myself a spot.
I have PM'd Bonsaltron, the creator of the previous thread and directed him to this thread. He can take over if he wants or someone else can. I also don't mind organizing either.
Figure we will begin the draft as soon as we have enough interest.
Current Interest List
Please see close to the most recent post for updated interest list.
We will start ASAP.
confirm your interest in this thread, find the most recent list (usually one of the newer posts) and add your name to it, so every new post is the updated interest list. If you are already on the list, copy the list and bold your name to confirm.
If you are already on the list, it means you expressed interest previously.
As soon as we get 15ish confirms in this thread, we can begin making arrangements to start. It would also be nice to give everyone from the last draft a chance to sign up for this draft.
Rules copied from old thread
The concept is simple: 10-20 people agree to hold a draft where one tries to pick an assortment of the previous decade's best movies. Selections will be based on quality, as well as genre diversification. When it's your turn and you pick a movie, it'd be nice to do a bit of a writeup/review of the movie and why you picked it.
Essentially it's just a nice way to come together and debate which movie is better than what, as well as get some recommendations for those one hasn't seen.
